Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SiteCheck is a website auditing and monitoring service operated by AirDev LLC. We scan websites for email deliverability issues, security vulnerabilities, performance problems, and uptime. Our audits use industry-standard tools including Google Lighthouse, DNS record checks, and HTTP header analysis.

2. Refund Policy

One-Time Audits ($29)

If you are not satisfied with your audit report, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@airdev.us with your order confirmation or the email address used at checkout.

Monthly & Pro Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your dashboard billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, uptime monitoring stops and future re-audits are discontinued.

Remediation Services

Remediation purchases include a 48-hour verification re-audit. If the agreed-upon fixes are not successfully applied within that window, contact us for resolution. Refund eligibility for remediation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Guarantee of Security

SiteCheck audits identify known issues based on automated scans at a point in time. A passing score or resolved finding does not constitute a certification, warranty, or guarantee that your website is secure, compliant, or free from vulnerabilities. Website security is an ongoing process, and new threats emerge continuously.

AirDev LLC is not liable for any security incidents, data breaches, downtime, or losses that occur on websites audited by SiteCheck, regardless of the audit results or remediation actions taken.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Uptime monitoring checks may be delayed or missed due to network conditions, third-party service outages, or maintenance. We are not liable for damages resulting from missed alerts or delayed notifications.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorization to audit. You may not use SiteCheck to scan websites without permission, conduct vulnerability research on third-party sites, or submit malicious URLs. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirDev LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to SiteCheck is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. AirDev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of SiteCheck after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
